We’re just a bit past the six month mark in the Bingocize NC grant. As of September 20th, we have 21 facilities that have completed their on-boarding process. Five more facilities are currently working to complete the three forms.
On-boarding is really quite easy. There are three forms that are required. One is simply a facility information form and it gives addresses, phone numbers, and contacts of the facility’s chosen Bingocize leaders. The second form is a licensing agreement where the facility acknowledges the Bingocize license held by Western Kentucky University. The final on-boading form outlines what your facility agrees to including how to implement the program, storage of supplies and curriculum reinforcements (prizes), reporting monthly attendance and other basic components of the program.
Once the forms are completed, signed, and submitted to our staff, we send your leaders training links, Bingocize® supplies, t-shirts for leaders, and your first curriculum reinforcements (prizes). We also send a notebook of exercises with directions on how to lead a session as well as information on how to file monthly attendance and how to order additional curriculum reinforcements each quarter.
