Just a few weeks into the grant implementation and we have 12 facilities officially on board! Ten facility staff have registered to take the online training and two have completed it.

There have been questions about how long a facility ‘has’ to offer Bingocize. We ask that you try it for 10 weeks, which what research has shown to be beneficial to CNF residents. In the unlikely event that your residents don’t like it, you are not locked into a 3 year contract. And you will not be penalized for withdrawing your participation. The grant is funded through January 2026, so if your residents like it, you have tons of fun awaiting!

The flow of onboarding goes like this: 1) Have paperwork filled out and signed; 2) Send via email or snail mail to WCU; 3) Use training link sent via email to register and then complete online training; 4) Send WCU/Simone a copy of your certificate by email; 5) Bingocize in a Box will be shipped to your facility; 6) Start implementing in your programs.
